Where your voice notes are
In WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp Desktop, open the audio menu and choose "Download". On the phone you can share the audio and save it to files or email it to yourself.
In Telegram, audio can be downloaded from the message menu. And if you use your phone recorder, the file is usually in the Files or Recordings app.
